Are you facing difficulty assembling your new table or bookshelf because of missing parts? Don’t worry, we are here to help. Follow these steps to get your assembly back on track:
- It’s possible that your missing parts are not really missing. We kindly suggest that you double-check the product package and all compartments thoroughly for any missing components. Sometimes, the components can be misplaced during the shipping process, but they may still be within the product package.
- If you’ve checked for hidden parts and still can’t find what you’re missing, don’t worry. We will send you replacement parts or hardware for free within 30 days of delivery. Simply visit My Orders section and leave us an order message to get started, or contact us through live chat, email or phone calls.
Missing Parts Policy
In order to qualify for assistance with missing parts, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse service for any damaged or defective items reported more than 30 days after delivery.
If a replacement part doesn’t solve the problem, you can request a refund or exchange item through My Orders. To provide a resolution, we may require a photo of the item or ask for the original product to be returned. If we ask you to return the original item and we don’t receive it at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement unit.
