How does the Serwall Gift Card work?
When you place a Gift Card order, it will be processed like a standard order. We’ll deliver the Gift e-Card to the recipient via email on the chosen date. If you opt for the “Send today” feature, the email will be dispatched within 12 hours. Once the email is sent, your order will be marked as shipped, even though it doesn’t include a shipping tracking number. You’ll then receive an order completion notification via email.
The Gift Card will be automatically generated as a “Store Credit” code. This code is exclusive to the recipient, and the system will recognize them through the email address provided during checkout.
The store credit holds a value equivalent to the purchased Gift Card Amount. When applied during checkout, these credits will automatically reduce the order amount, similar to the functionality of a coupon code. If the credit exceeds the order amount, the remaining value will be retained in the recipient’s account for future purchases.
