The Warranty is our promise to you that we stand behind the quality of our products. It recognizes your need for products that can stand up to continuous use. We confidently believe that you will appreciate the excellent quality and craftsmanship of our patio furniture and relevant accessories. We stand behind all of the products we manufacture, and we guarantee our work through the following limited warranty.
Written Limited Warranty
Serwall warranties to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) that, under normal use and service conditions, all its furniture shall be free from material defects, and shall not splinter, crack, chip, peel, or rot, or suffer structural damage from insect infestation.
This warranty is valid only if the product is given proper care and maintenance. At its option, Serwall will repair or replace with comparable product any product, part or component, if the claim is eligible under the conditions of this warranty.
1. Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, you are required to fill out a warranty request form. The form should include detailed information about the product, including the order number, as well as a description of the defects observed. You are also encouraged to attach clear photos of the defects to support your claim.
2. Warranty Period
Safety and quality are integral to every product offered by Serwall. Our rigorous in-house quality inspections are conducted to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

EXCLUSIONS
The following situations are excluded from the limited warranty. Serwall shall not be responsible for any failure, defect, or damage resulting from or related to the following:
- Color match problem— Color or pattern variance between any new replacement section or pieces and other sections or pieces. And minor differences or differences between floor samples or printed illustrations and your furniture.
- Fading, color change— Serwall lumber is made with UV stabilizers to minimize fading; however, all colors will fade to certain degrees upon exposure to the sun. To minimize possible fading: keep product covered when applicable, store product when not in use, or use a UV-protectant to avoid direct sunlight
- Rust or corrosion of stainless steel or zinc coated steel hardware (please see Cleaning/Maintenance informationfor details on how to maintain your hardware)
- Rust or corrosion of steel frames
- Assembly or handling of products after they leave our factory, including any lack of performance or improper performance in any way by the dealer or assembler. For more information on proper assembly, please visit our Assembly Instruments page
- Abnormal use of products
- The application of paint, varnish or other coating or chemical not approved by Serwall or the application of heat or radiation from an external source, such as a barbecue grill, another appliance, fire or reflection from windows or doors
- Any lack of compatibility between our products and any other product not manufactured by us that causes damage to or failure of our products
- Post-delivery labor, transportation, or assembly costs
- Damage caused by, among other things, use of incompatible accessories, intentional acts, physical abuse, permanent deformation or destruction by human or animal, vandalism, riot, insurrection or civil disorder, accidents or corrosive atmospheres (such as those contaminated by acid rain, harmful chemicals or vapors), or any act of God (such as fire, flooding, hurricane, earthquake, tornado, lightning, ice, etc.), environmental condition (such as air pollution, mold, mildew, etc.), staining from foreign substances (such as dirt, grease, oil, etc.), or normal weathering (defined as exposure to sunlight, weather, and atmosphere which may cause any colored surface to fade, darken, chalk gradually, or accumulate dirt or stains)
Warranty Limitations
- AUTHORIZED RETAILER
This warranty protects you only when you purchase SERWALL® or KINGYES® products from an Authorized Serwall Retailer. - HOUSEHOLD USE
This warranty only applies when you have purchased a SERWALL® or KINGYES® product for your regular household use or use as a gift to another for household purposes, not for resale or commercial use, including rental, business, institutional, or other non-residential use. - ORIGINAL PURCHASER
This warranty applies only as long as the product continues to be held for use by the original purchaser. The warranty cannot be transferred to subsequent owners or users of the product. It shall be immediately invalidated if the product is resold, transferred, leased, or rented to any third party or person other than the original owner. - WARRANTY REGISTRATION
The limited warranty set forth herein will be activated when we receives your online registration within three (3) months of the original purchase date. Suppose we does not receive your warranty registration within three (3) months of the original purchase date. In that case, you must submit your sales receipt as proof of original purchase as a condition precedent to coverage under this limited warranty. - PRODUCT MODIFICATION
Any product modification by any dealer, consumer, or other parties not authorized by Serwall will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover floor samples or products designated “AS IS” at the time of purchase. - USER WEIGHT
This warranty does not apply to seating products used by individuals weighing over 250 lbs. - REGION
This warranty shall only be applicable and enforceable in the United States of America. - OTHER
Serwall reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product line or color without notifying the purchaser. If the original product is unavailable, we retain the right to provide replacement material of equal value or quality.
Any statement or representation shall not bind Serwall as to the quality or performance of SERWALL® products other than as contained in this warranty. This warranty may not be altered or amended except in a written instrument signed by Serwall and Purchaser.
Under no circumstances will Serwall be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, and Serwall’s liability concerning defective products shall in no event exceed the replacement of such products or return of the purchase price, as described above.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Except for such other rights, the remedies provided under this warranty state the limit of Serwall’s responsibilities.
