Customer service said the item was out of stock and asked me to wait for 20 days. Although they provided a $10 coupon, the product wasn’t very good. I was originally going to give it 4 stars.

The product is sturdy. It weighs more than most of the other one you’ll see online. Which is important. Negative point is that the color is not exactly blue it’s more green but I wasn’t going to return it because that’s a hassle. Also right at the end we found one board not fully drilled through.. Fortunately we are able to do that ourselves. Lastly takes over an hour to assemble especially since we had a bad part.
Love the make and sturdiness of these chairs. I got them in 3 colors.I¡¯m sad to say the white turned yellow.
great price. comfort level was ok. feels like the backrest is pushing me a little upright or forward. with more angle on the backrest, I would have rated it excellent
