However, if you’re not delighted with your serwall purchase, you can submit a return request, and we’ll help you through the process with ease. Our Customer Service Team will be happy to help you pick out the perfect replacement furniture for your outdoor space or refund your money. There will be a 20% restocking fee based on the order amount for non-defective returns or exchanges, and you will be responsible for the shipping fee for returns. [Note: Custom orders or promotional orders are non-returnable.]
All returns must be approved in advance and have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unapproved returns will be refused and will not be credited.

All returned products must be in their original packaging and resellable condition.
If the original packaging is no longer available, please contact us for assistance. Once your return is packaged and ready to go, please clearly write your provided RMA number on the outside of each returning package, which helps us identify the product when it’s returned to us so we can process your return quickly.
Please also make sure each product is carefully packed and adequately sealed as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If any product is not returned in resellable condition, an adjustment to your refund may be necessary. If this occurs, a Customer Service Team Member will reach out to notify you of any updates.
We will issue your refund after receiving your returns and checking. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to show up in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event your serwalloutdoor.com order arrives to you in less than perfect condition (damaged, incorrect, or otherwise defective by our fault or carrier error), please let us know.
We will arrange replacement parts or, in necessary cases, a complete replacement while covering all outgoing and return shipping costs. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to report a claim. Any failure to report claims in a timely manner may not be covered by Serwall. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team with any questions.
The quickest and easiest way to process the return or replacement parts is by submitting our warranty request form.
If only a part of the product needs to be replaced, we will typically request that you recycle the damaged or defective piece. For full product replacements, we will issue a shipping carrier call tag to bring the merchandise back to our facility. Whenever we issue a call tag, we will first provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Be sure to clearly write your provided RMA number on the outside of each returning package. This helps us to identify the product when it’s returned to us so we can process your return quickly. Please make sure each product is carefully packed and properly sealed as we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged.
