What situations can I get a refund?
At Serwall Outdoor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Cancel orders: If you cancel your order before it has shipped, you may receive a full refund.
- Return products: If you return a product within 30 days of receipt, in its original packaging, and meet the other conditions outlined in our Return Policy, you may receive a refund minus return shipping costs.
- Refund on price gap for exchange: If you exchange a product for a different one that has a lower price, you may receive a refund for the price difference. If the new product has a higher price, you will need to pay the difference.
- Make up for missing products, defective items: If your order is missing products, or if you receive defective items, we may offer a refund or a replacement, depending on the circumstances.
- Other situations we approved: In some cases, we may approve refunds for other situations not covered in this policy. Please contact our customer support team for assistance if you have any questions or concerns.

What are my refund options?
You can receive a refund to Store Credit (added as reward points, never expires!) or to your original payment method. Store credit can be used on any future purchase from Serwalloutdoor.com.
How long will it take to receive a refund?
- For credit card refunds, most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
- For all other refund methods, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to fully process your request and issue your refund.
