Thank you for purchasing Serwall furniture. We have planned that assembly is a quick and straightforward process with our explicit instruction below so that you can assemble your furniture quickly – even after you have moved to a new home.
Components
Please make sure that all parts (as follows) have been delivered without any damages.
Hardwear & Tools
Be sure check all packing material carefully for small parts that may have come loose inside the carton during shipment.
Missing anything? No worries, submit a request about your missing parts, we will solve your problem in no time.
Assembly Procedure
- Caution: Please do not over-tighten bolts during assembly.
- Place all chair parts on a soft and smooth surface to prevent scretching.
- Attach “Back Seat Rail (I)” to “Chair Seat Frame (A)” – Using “① M4 × 40MM Screws”, tighten with screwdriver.
- Attach “Seat Rail (M)” to “Chair Seat Frame (A)” – Using “① M4 × 40MM Screws”, tighten with screwdriver.
- Attach “Sideframes (J)” to “Backrest (B)” – Using ⑤ M6 × 35MM Bolts”, tighten with hex key.
- Attach “Front Legs (E/F)” to “Seat Frame (A)” – Using “③ M6 × 60MM Bolts” with “⑥ Washer” & “⑦ Nut”, tighten with hex key and wrench.
- Attach “Arms (C/D)” to “Front Legs ( E/F)” – Using “③ M6 × 60MM Bolts” with “⑥ Washer” & “⑦ Nut”, tighten with hex key and wrench.
- Attach “Plug (L)” to “Front Legs (E/F)” – Using “② M4 × 12MM Screws”, tighten with screwdriver, then insert the “Plug (L)” into the holes on “Front Legs (E/F)”.
- Attach “Backrest (B)” to “Seat Frame (A)” with “Braces (K)” – Using “③ M6 × 60MM Bolts” with “⑥ Washer” and “⑦ Nut”, tighten with hex key and wrench.
- Attach “Arms (C/D)” to “Backrest (B)” – Using “④ M6 × 80MM Bolts” with “⑥ Washer” and “⑦ Nut”, tighten with hex key and wrench.
- Attach “Front Stretcher (G)” to “Front Legs (E/F)” – Using “① M4 × 40MM Screws”, tighten with screwdriver.
- Attach “Back Stretcher (H)” to “Seat Frame (A)” – Using “① M6 × 35MM Bolts”, tighten with hex key.
- Congratulations! Now you’ve assembled your Serwall Classic Folding Adirondack Chair successfully, enjoy!
Folding Function
This Adirondack chair can be easily folded flat by pulling out the “Plugs (L)” inserted in the front legs. To avoid damage, please keep the plugs inserted when the chair is in use.
Screws, bolts, nuts, and wooden plugs may loosen up during regular use every day. They should be periodically inspected and re-tightened to prevent damage to the furniture and (or) personal property or cause injury. Always check to ensure all hardware and the components mentioned above are attached to the furniture properly and kept tightened at all times.

I cannot tighten them anymore, but it is not 100% stable. Why? Do I have a lemon or do they all move forward/back a bit when getting up and down in the chair?! Not happy after spending the time putting these together :/
