Assembly Procedure
- Caution: Please do not over-tighten bolts during assembly.
- Attach “Chair Legs (B/C)” to “Chair Seat Frame (A)”-Using “④ M6 x6OMM Bolrs & ⑦ Washer & ⑧Nut”, tighten with hex key and wrench.
- Attach “Chair Arms (D/E)” to “Chair Legs (B/C)”- Using “④M6 x60MM Bolrs & ⑦Washer & ⑧Nut”, tighten with hex key and wrench.
- Attach “Chair Back (F)” to “Chair Arms (D/E)” – Using “⑥ M6 x 70MM Bolts”,tighten with screwdriver.
- Connect “Chair Back (F)” to “Chair Seat Frame (A)” with “Braces (l)”-Using “② M6x40MM Bolts and ③ M6 x50MM Bolts & ⑦Washer & ⑧Nut”, tighten with hex key and wrench.
- Attach “Front Stretcher (H)” to “Chair Legs (B/C)”-Using “① M5 x40MM Screws”, tighten with screwdriver.
- Attach “Back Stretcher (G)” to “Chair Seat Frame (A)”-Using “② M6 x 40MM Bolts”, tighten with Hex key.
- Attach “Plugs (J)” to “Chair Legs (B/C)’-Using “⑤ M4 x12MM Screws”, tighten with screwdriver, then insert the “Plugs(J)” into the hole on “Chair Legs (B/C)”.
Folding Function
This Adirondack chair can be easily folded flat by pulling out the “Plugs (L)” inserted in the front legs. To avoid damage, please keep the plugs inserted when the chair is in use.
Screws, bolts, nuts, and wooden plugs may loosen up during regular use every day. They should be periodically inspected and re-tightened to prevent damage to the furniture and (or) personal property or cause injury. Always check to ensure all hardware and the components mentioned above are attached to the furniture properly and kept tightened at all times.
