One chair in the set arrived with a small issue, and I contacted support. Their response was prompt, clear, and courteous. Replacement hardware was sent immediately and matched the existing pieces well. Thanks to that efficient resolution, both rockers now function smoothly.
This loveseat bench is okay overall, but the promotional details were confusing and a bit disappointing. The listing highlighted a limited-time deal that sounded like it included an extra incentive, yet the final order price stayed the same and no bonus was mentioned in the confirmation. The bench works, but the unclear promo left a sour taste.
From a visual standpoint, this vintage-style Adirondack bench is excellent. The deep charcoal color, smooth lines, and neatly aligned slats give it a refined, cohesive appearance that instantly elevates the seating area without feeling flashy or overdone.
What stood out with this order was the on-time delivery. The shipping estimate was clear, and the table arrived precisely when the tracking information said it would. The packaging kept everything secure, and the dark slatted top looked consistent with the online photo. Overall, the dependable timing made the whole purchase feel smooth and stress-free.
