Assembly Procedure
- Caution: Please do not over-tighten bolts during assembly.
- Place all chair parts on a soft and smooth surface to prevent scretching.
- Attach “Chair Legs (B/C)” to “Seat Frame (A)”-Using “④M6 x 60MM Bolts” with “⑧Washer” and “⑨Nut”, tighten with hex key and wrench.
- Attach “Front Stretcher (H)” to “Chair Legs (B/C)”-Using “②M6 x 40MM Bolts”, tighten with hex key.
- Attach “Right Cup Holder (K)” to “Right Arm (D)”-Using “⑤M6 x 30MM Bolts” and “⑧Washers”,tighten with hand.
- Attach “Left Cup Holder (J)” to “Left Arm(E)”-Using”⑤M6 x 30MM Bolts” and “⑧Washers”,tighten with hand.
- Attach “Chair Arms (D/E)” to “Chair Legs (B/C)”-Using “④M6 x 60MM Bolts” with “⑧Washer” and “⑨Nut” , tighten with hex key and wrench.
- Attach “Chair Arm(D/E)” to”Backrest (F)”-Using”⑥M6 x 80MM Bolts” with “⑧Washer” and “⑨Nut”,tighten with hex key.
- Attach “Backrest (F)” to “Seat Frame(A)” with”Brace (l)” – Using “③M6 x 50MM Bolts” with “⑧Washer” and “⑨Nut” in the back legs, and using “②M6 x 40MM Bolts” on the backrest frame, tighten with hex key and wrench.
- Attach “Back Stretcher (G)” to “Seat Frame(A)”-Using “②M6 x 40MM Bolts”, tighten with hex key.
- Attach “Foot Support (L)” to the footrest of “Seat Frame (A)” -Using “①M5 x 50MM Screws”, tighten with hex key.
- Attach“Runner Stretcher (O)” to“Runners(M/N)”-Using“⑦M6 x 60MM Screws”, tighten with hex key.
- To use it as a rocking chair, just attach“Runners(M/N)” to “Seat frame(A)”- Using“④M6 x 60MM Bolts with “⑧Washer” and “⑨Nut”, tighten with hex key and wrench.
Folding Function
This Adirondack chair can be easily folded flat by pulling out the “Plugs (L)” inserted in the front legs. To avoid damage, please keep the plugs inserted when the chair is in use.
Screws, bolts, nuts, and wooden plugs may loosen up during regular use every day. They should be periodically inspected and re-tightened to prevent damage to the furniture and (or) personal property or cause injury. Always check to ensure all hardware and the components mentioned above are attached to the furniture properly and kept tightened at all times.
